Meet Your Project Team
A-11-Y (Pty) Ltd is a specialist digital consultancy founded and run by its core technical experts. The team assigned to this project will be led by Eugene Smith and Ariana Smith, who will be the primary, hands-on resources for SANBI, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest technical and professional standards.
Eugene is a highly experienced, solutions-driven technical specialist with a career spanning over 40 years in technology, programming, and complex systems. His core expertise is in full-stack development, systems integration, and cybersecurity. He is the lead technical resource for all major client engagements, specializing in diagnosing and solving complex support issues.
As an expert user of assistive technology (being 100% blind), Eugene possesses a deep, real-world understanding of how a website truly functions from a non-visual perspective. This unique insight ensures the new NZG website will be robust, secure, and genuinely usable by all visitors.

Blind SA (ABBM.org.za): Led the A-11-Y team in the full-stack design and development of the accessible Braille museum website, demonstrating our ability to build new, functional, and highly accessible websites from the ground up.
Ariana is a certified digital professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in web design, full-stack development, and technical project management. She is an expert in modern, responsive web design and the WordPress CMS, which is a core requirement for the new NZG website. Ariana will lead the design, development, and content migration phases of the project.
